<li>Develop and implement F&amp;B training programmes and SOPs.</li>
<li>Conduct training for new and existing staff.</li>
<li>Train and coach Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and outlet teams.</li>
<li>Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs and service standards.</li>
<li>Conduct regular outlet visits, coaching and training assessments.</li>
<li>Identify training needs and provide refresher training where required.</li>
<li>Develop training materials, checklists and competency assessments.</li>
<li>Support new outlet openings and new product launches.</li>
<li>Develop and manage the training calendar and training records.</li>
<li>Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Operations team to improve staff performance and service quality.</li>
</ul>

• Run F&amp;B training, SOPs, competency checks; coach managers and outlet teams
• Ensure SOPs and service standards across outlets; support openings &amp; launches
• Own the training calendar, measure impact and lift staff performance and service quality!

• Rancang, laksana &amp; nilaikan latihan F&amp;B; latih pengurus, penyelia &amp; pasukan outlet; pantau SOP.
• Syarikat berkembang dengan pembukaan outlet baru dan pelancaran produk.
• Pimpin latihan, bina bahan &amp; ukur impak, peluang kembangkan kemahiran F&amp;B!
