Job Description
- To prepare and monitor M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) documentation.
- To coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that all technical submittals and shop drawing requirements are met.
- To conduct daily inspections to ensure the quality and standards of work and installations comply with the approved drawings.
- To monitor and supervise M&E work progress on site according to the construction schedule.
- To study and review construction drawings and shop drawings.
- To liaise with Clients, Consultants, Project Teams, and Subcontractors.
- To attend weekly meetings with the Client.
- To assist with any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience working with M&E consultants is an advantage.
- Must have hands-on experience in M&E engineering, including familiarity with M&E installation processes and acceptance/inspection requirements.
- Must be experienced with testing and CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance) process requirements.
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
- Required language(s):Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
