Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create visual designs for digital and print materials, including:
- Social media content, websites, e-commerce platforms
- Marketing collaterals and trade POSM
- Mailer, Standee, Catalogue, packaging, and presentation materials
- Video content and basic motion graphics
- Support roadshow and event designs, including floor plan layouts (an added advantage).
- Assist in developing creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling ideas.
- Prepare artwork and production-ready files for printing or digital deployment.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and external vendors when required.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant graphic design experience
(Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered). - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, After Effects).
- Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to continuously learn and grow.
Added Advantages (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of 3D design and rendering tools (e.g. Blender).
- Ability to support video shooting, basic editing, and photography for in-house content.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, social video formats, or digital storytelling
