<p>Experience in eCommerce is a bonus. You must be able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus. <p><strong>II. Maintain the cleanliness of the HQ </strong></p>

<p><strong>IV. Customer service: </strong></p>
<p>- Reply &amp; follow up customers’ inquiries, comments &amp; order&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>status on social media (Instagram and Facebook) and email.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>V. Operation &amp; Warehouse: </strong></p>
<p>- Assist Production team in stamping, heat press &amp; embroidery&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Process and pack online and offline orders&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Manage and update product information online&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Arrange logistic for retail stocks replenishment &amp; delivery&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>VI. Retail &amp; Events: </strong></p>
<p>- Regular monitoring of stock level in all outlets&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Ensure proper reconciliation of cash and credit card sales&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Assist outlets on weekends, public holidays or when needed&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Assist the Company during events and sales promotion&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>VII. Marketing: </strong></p>
<p>- Assist in sourcing for Influencer Marketing and liaise point in managing influencer Marketing&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Assist in planning &amp; execution of campaign&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Explore new ways to engage and reach targeted consumers</p>
