Job Description

• Data entry, configuration, setting and report generating in company’s platforms and system
• Administrative work/support on technical department
• Handle customer’s enquiries and requests and pass to sales and technical personnel;
• Coordinate technical onsite activities
• Maintain company website.

Job Requirements

• Based in Taman Shamelin, Cheras office
• Required languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Most clients are from China and hence ability to converse in Mandarin is required).
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, aggressive, and fast learning.
• Pleasant Personalities and able to work as a team player.
• Good communication and PR skills; able to socialize well among all levels of people.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and independently.
• Candidate must be Malaysian.
