Job Description

• Assist in routine testing of mechanical components and products (e.g., connector, mold , stamping parts).
• Perform sample preparation, labelling, and basic measurements using lab instruments (e.g., oscilloscope, multi-meter, X-ray, microscope).
• Support reliability and failure analysis testing under engineer's supervision.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and assist with calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Accurately record test results and prepare basic reports or enter data into systems.
• Handle chemical materials according to safety procedures (if applicable).
• Coordinate with engineering teams to support NPI and mass production-related testing tasks.
• Manage testing equipment in the lab and on the production line, including maintaining calibration records and ensuring regular equipment verification.

Job Requirements

• Basic understanding of mechanical components and lab safety.
• Certification of internal calibration. 
• Rich Experience with operating lab tools, equipment is mandatory.
• Able to follow procedures and work under supervision.
• Good attention to detail and basic computer skills (Excel, data entry).
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Prefer Mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
