<li>Conduct market research and analysis on rental trends, occupancy rates, and competitor developments to support pricing and leasing strategies. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies to attract quality tenants and maximize property performance. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage the full leasing cycle — from prospecting, viewings, negotiations, drafting proposals, contract execution, and tenant onboarding. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong tenant database, handle renewals, and monitor lease terms to ensure timely follow-up. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation including tenancy agreements, reports, and leasing records. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Engage with real estate agents, landlords, tenants and business partners to secure tenancy opportunities and foster professional relationships. &nbsp;</li>
