Job Description

1. Sales Support

  • Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts for corporate and group bookings.
     
  • Process booking confirmations, invoices, and related documentation.
     
  • Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and reports.
     
  • Follow up with clients on pending quotations and required documents.
     
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
     

2. Teambuilding & Group Event Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for teambuilding programs and group events.
     
  • Liaise with Operations, F&B, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
     
  • Prepare event checklists, attendance lists, and program schedules.
     
  • Assist in on-site event registration and coordination when required.
     
  • Ensure all client requirements are communicated clearly to internal teams.
     

3. Customer Service & Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or walk-in in a timely and professional manner.
     
  • Provide accurate information on packages, pricing, promotions, and availability.
     
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
     

4. Administrative Duties

  • Manage filing systems and documentation related to sales and events.
     
  • Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding payments with Finance.
     
  • Support the team in preparing marketing materials and promotional updates.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
     
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, hospitality, event management, or theme park industry (preferred).
     
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
     
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
     
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and during weekends/public holidays when required.
