1. Sales Support

<li>Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts for corporate and group bookings. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Process booking confirmations, invoices, and related documentation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and reports. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow up with clients on pending quotations and required documents. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. &nbsp;</li>

<h4>2. Teambuilding &amp; Group Event Coordination</h4>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate logistics for teambuilding programs and group events. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with Operations, F&amp;B, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare event checklists, attendance lists, and program schedules. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in on-site event registration and coordination when required. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all client requirements are communicated clearly to internal teams. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>3. Customer Service &amp; Communication</h4>
<ul>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or walk-in in a timely and professional manner. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide accurate information on packages, pricing, promotions, and availability. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary. &nbsp;</li>

<h4>4. Administrative Duties</h4>

<li>Manage filing systems and documentation related to sales and events. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding payments with Finance. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the team in preparing marketing materials and promotional updates.</li>
