Our Mission

To be successful in this role: -
<ul>
<li>To assist and initiate new product development including production scale up tasks.</li>
<li>Daily execution of R&amp;D related lab activities</li>
<li>To carry out R&amp;D projects such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation of food products</li>
<li>Manufacturing of batches in the R&amp;D lab, process optimization for formulations, documentation generation, defining/creating release specifications and tracking stability</li>
<li>Troubleshooting formulas as well as continuous improvement of existing formulas and processes</li>
<li>Carry out pilot plant trials in production and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve problems.</li>
<li>Maintain R&amp;D raw material inventory which includes logging and removing expired raw materials.</li>
<li>Ensure safe and hygiene conditions, equipment are maintained in R&amp;D Lab</li>
<li>To keep a record of all R&amp;D related documents</li>
<li>Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.</li>
</ul>
