Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring on time product through effective production planning and operations.
2. Identifying and solving production issues such as material shortage (raw materials, equipment) machine malfunctions and other manufacturing problems.
3. Supervising company personnel to ensure that production plans are executed.
4. Training and evaluating company workers.
5. Raise, investigate customer complaints and execute Quality Documentations (CAPA-Corrective Action Preventive Action)
6. Monitoring due and overdue department quality management system (QMS) records.
7. To ensure GMP and HACCP procedure is followed and implemented and all documents are recorded and updated.
8. To assist in Halal Certification as and when required.
