What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be our go-to person on the showroom floor — helping walk-in customers choose the right musical instruments or audio gear that fits their needs and budget. You'll demo products (guitars, keyboards, amps, audio gear etc), explain features in a fun, simple way, and make sure our showroom looks awesome and ready for action. You’ll also help with basic cashiering and follow-up with customers when needed.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about music and musical instruments 🎸🎹🎧
   
• Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills
   
• Able to explain product features clearly to customers of all levels
   
• Comfortable with hands-on demo (e.g. guitars, amps, audio gear)
   
• Willing to learn and stay updated on latest music gear and trends
   
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
   
• Basic computer skills (POS system, emails, simple Excel/Word)
   
• Experience in music retail is a bonus — fresh grads are welcome too!
   
• Able to speak basic English and Bahasa Malaysia (extra points for Mandarin/Tamil!)
