Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and highly organized individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. 

• Understand the client's business needs and requirements.
• Debrief the design and tech team on the client's requirements.
• Ensure that project delivery meets the client's brief.
• Handle all client communications and queries in a timely and responsive manner
• Provide onsite management for solution delivery on the event day.
• Manage projects according to the timeline while maintaining high standards.
• Handle tasks delegated by the manager and senior management.

Job Requirements

• Able to speak fluent English and Chinese 
• Possess project management experience - bonus points if in web design & development
• Strong communication skills and able to convey ideas well
• Ability to interpret client’s briefs and provide satisfactory updates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Good at managing timelines for multiple projects
• Willingness to work hard, be patient and tactful
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools 
• Possess own transport
