Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery? We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Client Service Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will serve as the essential link between project development and production, making sure everything moves smoothly from order placement through to fulfillment and delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customers’ orders seamlessly from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step.
  • Engaging directly with clients to understand their requirements, clarify project details, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Supporting exciting new project developments alongside the sales team, helping to bring innovative products to market on schedule.
  • Collaborating with clients to enhance order forecasting and manage material planning effectively.
  • Maintaining regular touchpoints with customers, including bi-weekly meetings with key clients, to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Partnering with internal teams to achieve high customer satisfaction while meeting departmental KPIs.
  • Utilizing ERP systems confidently for tasks such as BOM setup, e-invoicing, and logistics documentation.
  • Responding swiftly to customer complaints within 24 hours, gathering details thoroughly, and coordinating with QA team for resolutions.
  • Handling product recalls, rework coordination, and discontinuation processes with accuracy and care.
  • Being the go-to person for inquiries and problem-solving, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Identifying gaps in order fulfillment (OTIF) and updating reports in ERP for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting wider operational needs with flexibility and a proactive attitude.


Job Requirements
