Job Description

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer for SparkBytes, the digital product and technology division of CloudExpo. While applications are managed under CloudExpo, you will be joining the SparkBytes team, where we help clients across various industries transform and digitalise how they work. We design and build digital products, web applications, and interactive experiences, and we rethink and improve business processes, not just move them online.

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from discovery to delivery
• Translate business goals, user needs, and product opportunities into intuitive digital experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across digital products
• Map, analyze, and improve user journeys to create seamless user experiences
• Collaborate closely with product teams, strategists, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflows, support ideation, improve efficiency, and reduce repetitive tasks, while applying strong human judgment to every outcome
• Ensure designs meet strong standards in usability, visual quality, and business objectives
• Support visual and asset work using Adobe Creative Suite when needed in social media and event graphics.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or digital experience design
• Must be proficient in Chinese and English
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration
• Strong experience working with design systems and scalable UI patterns
• Deep understanding of user journeys, usability, information architecture, and UX principles
• Strong eye for design fundamentals including hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, and visual consistency
• Proficiency in Claude and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Comfortable experimenting with and adopting AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, while understanding that strong thinking, taste, and strategy remain human responsibilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts, articulate rationale, and confidently bring stakeholders along the decision-making process
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and polished UI craft
