<p>We are looking for a Junior Pre‑Sales / Solution Architect to support our sales and technical teams in designing and proposing IT solutions to customers. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are technically inclined, comfortable meeting customers, and motivated to grow their career in a customer‑facing and performance‑driven role.</p>
<p>You will be exposed to cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security solutions, and will receive hands‑on guidance from senior pre‑sales and delivery teams.</p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support sales and pre‑sales activities by assisting in customer meetings and requirement discussions</li>
<li>Understand customer technical needs and help propose suitable solutions</li>
<li>Assist in preparing solution documents, proposals, BOMs, and basic cost estimations</li>
<li>Participate in system demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities</li>
<li>Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure smooth project handover</li>
<li>Continuously learn new technologies, products, and solution approaches</li>
