<li>Design and propose IT solutions aligned with business objectives</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product) to develop solution proposals</li>
<li>Stay updated on IT products, technologies, and industry trends</li>
<li>Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POC)</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution documents, and RFP responses</li>
<li>Advise clients on best practices, system architecture, and implementation strategies</li>
<li>Address technical queries during the sales process</li>
<li>Work closely with sales team to identify opportunities and develop account strategies</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance during negotiations and contract finalization</li>
<li>Ensure smooth handover to implementation/project teams post-sales</li>
<li>Maintain a repository of solution templates, case studies, and presentations</li>
<li>Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training for sales and technical</li>
