Job Description

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and propose IT solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product) to develop solution proposals
  • Stay updated on IT products, technologies, and industry trends
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POC)
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution documents, and RFP responses
  • Advise clients on best practices, system architecture, and implementation strategies
  • Address technical queries during the sales process
  • Work closely with sales team to identify opportunities and develop account strategies
  • Provide technical guidance during negotiations and contract finalization
  • Ensure smooth handover to implementation/project teams post-sales
  • Maintain a repository of solution templates, case studies, and presentations
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training for sales and technical

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales support
  • Experience in enterprise IT solutions in the areas of AIGC, AI education (e-learning, smart classroom), and BCI Solutions
  • Proven ability to engage with clients and influence decision-making
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand business needs and align them with technology solutions
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
