Job Purpose

The role is to facilitate critical management analysis to improve APAC Ground & Rail Development:

• Develop and design data models & framework to improve visibility of APAC Ground & Rail Businesses.
• Main coordination between Business Development and business controlling to understand the business needs and requirements, and to streamline to an effective solution for data management.

Key Accountabilities

1. To analyze the as-is of strategic data management process and to identify the areas to streamline.
2. To support Business Development in Sales Analytics (CRM) and traded data.
3. To build up a common platform to govern the essential data required for business
4. To work closely with other functions (like commercial marketing) to build up resources that will support business development across APAC Ground & Rail.
5. To support in data analysis required by the APAC Ground & Rail Management

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Education & Qualifications

• Degree in Business/ Analytics

Experience    

• Fresh graduate or with some years of experience 

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

• Meticulous with eye for details and sensitive to figures
• Resourceful with a logical and analytical mind
• Able to think strategically with strong business acumen

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all staff of all levels
• Good writing and communications skills
