Our Culture

We are looking for a Site Safety Supervisor / Safety and Health Officer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety and health policies on site, ensuring all operations comply with relevant regulations and company safety standards. The ideal candidate should have more than one year of experience in construction site safety management, possess good communication skills, and be able to communicate in Chinese to coordinate effectively with Chinese-speaking supervisors and workers.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Implement and monitor site safety, health, and environmental programs according to statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct daily site safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective measures.</li>
<li>Ensure workers comply with safety regulations and use PPE properly.</li>
<li>Prepare safety reports, risk assessments, and incident investigation documents.</li>
<li>Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for site workers.</li>
<li>Liaise with project managers, contractors, and authorities on safety-related matters.</li>
<li>Promote a strong safety culture across the site.</li>
