Our Culture

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker / Technician, to handle equipment repair and maintenance work at the construction site. The ideal candidate should be familiar with operating and maintaining various construction tools and machinery, and possess skills in electric welding and mechanical repair. This position requires hands-on ability, technical knowledge, and a responsible work attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform daily maintenance and repair of construction equipment and machinery.</li>
<li>Operate and troubleshoot various construction tools and mechanical systems.</li>
<li>Conduct electric welding, cutting, and metal fabrication work as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure all tools and equipment are in safe and good working condition.</li>
<li>Assist with installation, testing, and adjustment of on-site machinery.</li>
<li>Respond to repair requests promptly and minimize equipment downtime.</li>
<li>Comply with all safety regulations and workplace procedures.</li>
<li>Preferably Chinese-speaking.</li>
