Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker / Technician, to handle equipment repair and maintenance work at the construction site. The ideal candidate should be familiar with operating and maintaining various construction tools and machinery, and possess skills in electric welding and mechanical repair. This position requires hands-on ability, technical knowledge, and a responsible work attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance and repair of construction equipment and machinery.
• Operate and troubleshoot various construction tools and mechanical systems.
• Conduct electric welding, cutting, and metal fabrication work as needed.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in safe and good working condition.
• Assist with installation, testing, and adjustment of on-site machinery.
• Respond to repair requests promptly and minimize equipment downtime.
• Comply with all safety regulations and workplace procedures.
• Preferably Chinese-speaking.

• 优先考虑会讲华语的华人。

Job Requirements

• Preferably Chinese-speaking (Mandarin); basic English communication is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction equipment maintenance or similar technical work.
• Skilled in electric welding, gas cutting, and general mechanical repair.
• Able to operate and maintain basic construction machinery (e.g., generators, mixers, air compressors, etc.).
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety procedures.
• Possess a valid driving license is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to work at construction sites.
   
• 会讲中文（普通话）优先，懂基本英文沟通者更佳。
• 至少3 年以上工地设备维修或相关技术工作经验。
• 熟练掌握电气焊、气割及一般机械维修技能。
• 能操作和维护常用施工机械（如发电机、搅拌机、空压机等）。
• 了解电气及机械安全操作规范。
• 持有驾驶执照者优先考虑。
• 身体健康，能适应施工现场工作环境。
