<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.</li>
<li>Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit clearances.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, confidential digital and physical employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).</li>
<li>Assist in payroll administration by tracking attendance, leave, and overtime data.</li>
<li>Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding benefits, company policies, and workplace grievances.</li>

Admin Responsibilties
<ul>
<li>Office Operations: Manage front desk activities, incoming mail, courier services, and telephone inquiries.</li>
<li>Procurement &amp; Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office stationery, pantry items, and equipment to place timely orders.</li>
<li>Facility Management: Coordinate with building management, cleaning crews, and maintenance technicians to ensure a safe workspace.</li>
<li>Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external service providers, review service agreements, and verify administrative invoices.</li>
<li>Travel &amp; Events: Coordinate business travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and logistics for internal corporate events.</li>
