Job Description

• Live Streaming Production: Plan and execute high-impact live events (webinars, AMAs, product launches, interviews) tailored to crypto enthusiasts and investors.
• Technical Management: Set up and optimize streaming hardware/software (OBS, Streamlabs), ensuring seamless broadcasts across platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Twitter).
• Content Creation: Develop promotional materials (trailers, graphics, recaps) and repurpose live content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and BD teams to align streams with company goals; liaise with influencers and industry experts.
• Audience Engagement: Moderate live chats, foster real-time interaction, and implement strategies to grow viewership and community participation.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track metrics (viewership, engagement) to refine content and improve ROI. Stay ahead of crypto/streaming trends.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Coinstore’s voice, visuals, and compliance standards.
• Scheduling: Manage a content calendar, prioritizing key campaigns and product milestones.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues promptly during live broadcasts.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in live streaming/media production, preferably in crypto/fintech.
• Required Skills:
• Proficiency in streaming tools (OBS, Streamlabs), video editing software (Adobe Premiere), and platforms (YouTube, Twitch).
• Excellent communication skills (on-camera confidence is a plus).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and market trends.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese.
