<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Livestream Project Manager</strong> to spearhead JAM’s Projects Department — the key unit that facilitates efficient collaboration among Business Development, Livestream Operations, Creators/Hosts, and Brand partners.</p>
<p>This individual will be tasked with translating brand briefs into comprehensive promotional strategies, compelling product narratives, and executable action plans, ensuring each livestream is executed with clarity, coherence, and effectiveness.</p>
<p>You will serve as the “connector” that links strategy, content, and execution.&nbsp;</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Strategic Planning &amp; Promotion Structure</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Comprehend brand dynamics and develop structured livestream promotion strategies.</li>
<li>Create distinct promotional frameworks (deal flow, hooks, calls-to-action, tiering, and hype moments).</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Business Development to translate brand needs into practical livestream strategies.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Livestream Content &amp; Product Angles</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Compile essential product USPs, key messages, and selling propositions.</li>
<li>Draft detailed briefing documents for hosts (including key messages, discussion structure, and timelines).</li>
<li>Assist hosts in crafting engaging narratives that align with brand objectives and platform dynamics.</li>
<li>Support in product sequencing and the planning of live flow.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Project Management &amp; Timeline Ownership</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage comprehensive schedules for each brand campaign.</li>
<li>Ensure that Business Development, hosts, video team, and livestream operations are in sync.</li>
<li>Identify potential obstacles and proactively address issues before they arise.</li>
<li>Maintain organized workflows and guarantee that timelines are consistently adhered to.<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h3><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></h3>

<li>Direct and oversee the Projects Team (including junior planners, briefing personnel, and coordinators).</li>
<li>Standardize briefing templates, campaign tracking tools, schedules, and standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Facilitate seamless information flow across departments (ensuring no communication gaps between teams).<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h3><strong>Marketing &amp; Insights</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Contribute marketing perspectives, such as positioning, consumer insights, and key selling propositions.</li>
<li>Evaluate livestream performance and recommend enhancements for future sessions.</li>
<li>Stay informed on TikTok/IG livestream trends to refine project outcomes.<br>&nbsp;</li>
