Job Description

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by managing front desk operations, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day interactions. This role acts as the first point of contact, representing the company’s brand with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and appointments 
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person 
  • Coordinate schedules, bookings, and service arrangements 
  • Maintain accurate client records and update systems accordingly 
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary 
  • Support sales or membership-related inquiries when required 
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall client experience

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field 
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is an advantage 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude 
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office / booking systems) 
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) is required to effectively serve a diverse client base
