Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy? We’re looking for a Full-Time Admin + Customer Service Assistant to support daily operations at our experience centre.
Location
Amcorp Mall — on-site at our experience centre
Working Hours
Wed–Thu: 11am–7pm
Fri–Sun: 9am–7pm
Responsibilities
- Customer service at the counter & via chat — greet customers, answer inquiries, and handle concerns professionally (escalate when needed)
- Careful packing of high-value products — follow SOPs (QC photos, protection, sealing, labeling, handover/tracking)
- Attention to detail in paperwork, listings, and order accuracy
- General admin support, data entry & record-keeping
- Inventory updates, sorting, and organizing physical stock
- Assist with order processing, packaging prep, and pickup coordination
- Support the team during events/livestreams and peak periods
- Uphold privacy & P&C guidelines when handling customer data and payments
Job Requirements
- Comfortable using mobile devices & PC
- Strong communication; Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Meticulous and reliable; able to follow checklists/SOPs
- Able to work weekends and stand for extended periods
- Experience with e-commerce (Shopee/Lazada/Shopify, etc.) is a plus
- Prior customer service or packing/fulfilment experience is a plus
