Are you detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy? We’re looking for a Full-Time Admin + Customer Service Assistant to support daily operations at our experience centre.

Location
Amcorp Mall — on-site at our experience centre

Working Hours
Wed–Thu: 11am–7pm
Fri–Sun: 9am–7pm

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Customer service at the counter &amp; via chat — greet customers, answer inquiries, and handle concerns professionally (escalate when needed)</li>
<li>⁠Careful packing of high-value products — follow SOPs (QC photos, protection, sealing, labeling, handover/tracking)</li>
<li>⁠Attention to detail in paperwork, listings, and order accuracy</li>
<li>⁠General admin support, data entry &amp; record-keeping</li>
<li>⁠Inventory updates, sorting, and organizing physical stock</li>
<li>⁠Assist with order processing, packaging prep, and pickup coordination</li>
<li>⁠Support the team during events/livestreams and peak periods</li>
<li>⁠Uphold privacy &amp; P&amp;C guidelines when handling customer data and payments</li>
</ul>
