<li>Collaborating with internal teams and authorized partners to resolve issues swiftly and ensure customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Offering personalized recommendations and guidance to customers to enhance their shopping experience</li>
<li>Maintain a smooth workflow and handle distribution of orders to partners</li>
<li>Any other duties may be deemed appropriate to this role that is assigned by supervisor</li>
