Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Retail Admin to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our fashion retail business. This role involves coordinating store operations, managing documentation, supporting inventory control, and ensuring smooth communication between the head office, retail stores, and warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to the retail and store teams
  2. Prepare, maintain, and update sales reports, inventory reports, and daily/weekly operational summaries
  3. Assist with stock coordination, including goods transfer and receiving documentation
  4. Coordinate with the warehouse team, logistics partners, and internal departments on deliveries and stock movements
  5. Arrange and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate distribution
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, retail procedures, and operational guidelines
  7. Support HR-related administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and employee documentation
  8. Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management


Job Requirements

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  2. Positive working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  3. Aggressive and committed to work.
  4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  7. Prior experience in a store administration or retail operations role will be an added advantage.
