We are currently looking for a Content &amp; Social Development Excutive (Senior) to join our team. Role Purpose The Content &amp; Social Development Executive is responsible for building and scaling a content ecosystem that helps establish Coolmate as a widely recognized Performance Lifestyle brand in Malaysia. This role transforms Communities, Creators, and UGC into a sustainable Content Engine that continuously generates Attention, Engagement, and supports revenue growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Website channels.
Key Responsibilities
A. Content &amp; Social Strategy Development (30%)
<ul>
<li>Develop the Content Strategy for the Malaysian market.</li>
<li>Define content pillars for different customer segments.</li>
<li>Build and maintain the Malaysia Content Bible.</li>
<li>Research content trends and user behavior across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.</li>
</ul>
B. Content Engine Operations (40%)
<ul>
<li>Plan weekly content production and distribution.</li>
<li>Coordinate content resources from:</li>
</ul>
- Production Team - Creators - Affiliates - Communities - User-Generated Content (UGC)
<ul>
<li>Manage publishing schedules across TikTok, Instagram, and relevant platforms.</li>
<li>Ensure content output meets growth objectives.</li>
</ul>
C. Social Performance &amp; Organic Growth Optimization (30%)
<ul>
<li>Monitor and evaluate content performance.</li>
<li>Identify and scale high-performing content formats.</li>
<li>Optimize social engagement and organic reach.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to scale winning content.</li>
<li>Recommend new content initiatives based on data-driven insights.</li>
</ul>
