Job Description

• Assist in monitoring and inspecting products to ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards.
• Perform routine quality control checks and accurately document inspection results.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of food safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in investigating quality-related issues and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in internal audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Internship duration 3 – 6 months.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
