We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile <strong>TikTok Shop Live Hub Coordinator</strong> who can do it all — <strong>go live, manage the studio, train sellers, and grow our community</strong>. This role combines <strong>content creation, operations, seller engagement</strong>, and <strong>brand representation</strong>.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<h4>🎥 <strong>Live Hosting &amp; Content Creation</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Go live on TikTok to promote in-house or SME products when studio is not booked.</li>
<li>Act as a charismatic and confident host, driving engagement and sales.</li>
<li>Develop creative content strategies to boost views, sales, and following.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>🛠️ <strong>Studio &amp; Operations Management</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the daily operations of the live-selling studio.</li>
<li>Maintain and set up studio equipment, lighting, and TikTok Live tools.</li>
<li>Manage booking schedule for sellers using the studio.</li>
</ul>

<p>🤝 <strong>Community Building &amp; Talent Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Recruit, onboard, and support new sellers (especially from SMEs).</li>
<li>Build a community of regular TikTok sellers who use and promote the studio.</li>
<li>Provide basic training or coaching to new sellers on TikTok Live best practices.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>📈 <strong>Marketing &amp; Studio Promotion</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Promote the studio across social media to attract new sellers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with local businesses and SMEs to bring their products into the studio.</li>
<li>Act as the face of the brand during events or live campaigns.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
