<li>Manage multiple projects under the guidance of the Design Lead and Business Development team.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients regarding design-related matters, understand their requirements, and convey clear objectives to the team.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain strong client relationships.</li>
<li>Work independently and proactively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills both individually and within a team.</li>
<li>Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Possess in-depth knowledge of design trends, construction methodologies, and the appropriate application of office Furniture, Fixtures &amp; Equipment (FF&amp;E).</li>
