Job Description
- Assist project managers in planning and scheduling tasks using project management tools (MS Project).
- Help prepare project documentation such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and risk logs.
- Track project deliverables and update status reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with developers, designers and teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Support in quality assurance and testing phases by documenting issues and follow-ups.
- Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and client calls to observe and contribute.
- Conduct basic research on IT solutions, tools, or processes to support project decisions.
Job Requirements
- Duration: 6 months
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in project management and IT systems.
- Familiarity with project management concepts (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project tools is an advantage.
