Job Description
Sales (Retail & Online)
- Assist walk-in customers, provide product recommendations, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle online inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.
- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and shop cleanliness.
Marketing & Content Creation
- Create and manage content for social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook).
- Plan and execute basic marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Assist in product photography, video creation, and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and internal team on promotions.
Brand & Customer Engagement
- Understand crystal and gemstone product knowledge (training provided).
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support events, launches, or pop-ups when required.
Job Requirements
- Preferably with experience in retail, sales, or marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work on weekends or retail hours when needed.
