ROLE OVERVIEW

The intern will assist in supporting the company’s data management and research functions by collecting, verifying, and analyzing financial information. This role involves interpreting financial statements, ensuring data accuracy within databases, and contributing to the preparation of analytical reports. The intern will also conduct research studies and surveys to support business insights and decision-making processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collection and capture of financial data into database, requires ability to read and understand financials statements.
2. Carry out various research studies and surveys.
3. Data verification and compilation of reports 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess good interpersonal skills and soft skills.
• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Petaling Jaya
• No working experience is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ASPIRATIONS

• Basic understanding of financial statements
• Familiarity with data collection, research methods, and basic data analysis.
• Understanding of Finance and willingness to learn quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g.formulas, pivot tables, charts) 
• Basic understganding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts
• Self-driven, organizated and detail oriented
• A team player with strong sense of curciousity and willingness to learn
• Proficient in English and Bahasa
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
