From providing specialist moving solutions to crate hire, storage solutions and co-working services, the group has expanded successfully thanks to the wonderful talent we have in the business.&nbsp;</p>
<p>As part of our expansion in recent years, we have grown beyond England and established ourselves in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Vietnam. We will also be opening soon in other Asia Pacific countries.</p>

<p>Founded in 2003 in the UK, Cube Self Storage has grown quickly to become one of the UK leading storage solution companies. Recognising the huge demand for self storage services in Asia Pacific, Cube Self Storage Hong Kong was established in 2011 as a self storage and workplace storage solutions company, followed by Cube Self Storage Malaysia in 2018, and Cube Self Storage Vietnam in 2021.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In Malaysia, Cube Self Storage offers a large range of standard storage units with sizes from 12 square feet to 200+ square feet, business and warehouse space as well as bespoke units.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Growing quickly by benefitting from the vast experience of our management team, we recently provide one-stop storage solutions not just with our self storage services, but also with co-working solutions.</p>
<p>In the coming years, we anticipate expanding our presence in Malaysia with additional storage facilities.</p>

<p>Cube is on its way to spearheading the way on how self-storage and co-working is utilised in South East Asia. Quickly becoming the space solution provider of choice, Cube is determined to ensure that we have a space solution for everyone. As the Accounting and Admin Officer at Cube, your impact on the business and customers is crucial. Your role would be ensuring the accurate and timely recordkeeping of the business financial transactions.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Your Team:</p>
<p>You will report to the Operations Director and the Group Finance Director based in the UK while collaborating closely with the facilities, sales and customer service team.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Your Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Financial Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation, payroll and tax reporting.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, financial standards, and relevant regulations.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports.</li>
<li>Validating and auditing data input to inventory management system, producing reports from the system and ensuring data is accurate for reporting.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information flow.</li>
</ul>
<p>Collections</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize delinquent accounts.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the customer service team to address billing inquiries and disputes.</li>
<li>Prepare reports on collections performance and trends for management review.</li>
</ul>
<p>Admin, Compliance and Risk Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing appropriate controls and safeguards.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in financial/tax regulations.</li>
<li>To ensure proper admin filing for all statutory requirements</li>
