Job Summary

The Marketing Executive supports WonderLab’s social media strategy through content planning, creation, and daily platform management. The role involves executing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and XHS, coordinating with KOLs, and producing on-camera content to boost brand visibility. Working with the Creative team, the candidate assists with visual briefings, photoshoots, and content approvals. The role also prepares monthly marketing calendars, monitors competitors, and contributes ideas to strengthen WonderLab’s brand storytelling. 

 Job Descriptions

1. Support brand and social media content planning — from scheduling, copywriting, and KOL coordination to daily community management.
2. Execute and monitor campaign launches across Meta, TikTok, and XHS to maintain brand visibility and engagement.
3. Having the ability to shoot social media-appropriate contents and willing to appear in the contents to drive brand awareness
4. Work closely with the Creative team on visual briefings, product photoshoots, and content approvals for launches and collaborations.
5. Preparing monthly marketing calendars, staying up to date with direct competitors and preparing monthly reviews for management. 
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign ideas and strengthen WonderLab’s brand storytelling.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related discipline.
• Experience: Open to freshgraduates.
• Advantage if have 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or digital branding.
• Skills: Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, XHS), basic content copywriting, and campaign reporting.
• Attributes: Creative, trend-sensitive, and analytical with strong ownership and curiosity for lifestyle and beauty trends.
• Advantage: Experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG brands; familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva / Adobe suite) is a plus. And able to write contents in XHS ( Xiaohongshu, known in English as RedNote).
