Job Requirements

You will play a pivotal role in contributing to CUSTA’s business expansion through revenue growth. We provide an environment that rewards high performance, where you will commit to acquiring and retaining Enterprise clients for mid- to long-term engagements. Your mission is to build lasting partnerships that drive CUSTA's continuous scale-up.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Consistent Revenue Target Achievement: Generate stable and high revenue streams by balancing aggressive new client acquisition with consistent recurring orders from existing accounts.
  • Proactive New Business Acquisition: Aggressively hunt and acquire new clients through cold calling, lead recycling, referrals, and direct client visits.
  • Account Retention & Expansion: Secure stable business by maintaining strong relationships with key existing accounts, while driving revenue growth through strategic up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline. Provide accurate forecasts of deal-closure timelines and revenue projections to management.
  • End-to-End Deal Ownership: Oversee the entire sales cycle—from proposal, quotation, and order placement to payment collection. Post-order, collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Market Presence: Actively leverage events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a robust professional network and generate high-quality leads.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably targeting Enterprise-level clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth (experience with commission-based models is a plus).
  • Hunter Mindset: Strong ability to open doors, negotiate effectively, and close deals with resilience and tenacity.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Google Workspace to manage pipelines efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to pivot strategies based on results.
