<li>Monitor issues and prepare recommendations on system incidents to mitigate risk in the future and submit for review.</li>
<li>Support projects within the department to ensure they are delivered within the bank’s scope, on time and within budget.  </li>
<li>Prepare reports including but not limited to sales, technical issues and business development activities. </li>
<li>Manage the risk profile of the department's by supporting testing of the systems and processes to minimize operational failure and impact to customers. </li>
<li>Support in managing the risk profile for the department and ensure compliance to the policies / guidelines of the bank.</li>
<li>Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations</li>
