Core Responsibilities :
●Work with the SEO team to develop google marketing projects (SEO, SEM &amp; Website Development) that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
● Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication via phone, email, or meetings.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on progress, performance, and results.
● Oversee and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with client briefs and budgets.
● Present project ideas, project updates, and performance reports as per Operating Standards or client requests.
● Identify new business opportunities, upsell services, and contribute to client portfolio growth.
● Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with contract terms.
● Provide support to the SEO Manager on all tasks and requests, including but not limited to campaign coordination, reporting, internal follow-ups, and any ad-hoc assignments to ensure smooth execution of SEO strategies.
