As an Intern in the Group Directorate, you will support the Talent Development team in organizational learning and development functions. You’ll assist in planning and executing training/workshops, help produce learning materials, maintain training records, provide administrative support, and participate in initiatives to enhance internal communication and employee engagement.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of training programmes, workshops, and learning events
• Support the team in the development of learning materials, presentations, and evaluation tools
• Maintain and update training records, attendance sheets, and feedback forms
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Talent Development team
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, HR or related field
• Strong interest in learning and development or human resource management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
