Job Description

We are looking for a detail--oriented and responsible HR Assistant and Administration to support daily HR and Administration to support daily task adn function. This role s suitable for candidate who are eager to gain hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support
    - Assist in posting job and screening candidates
    - Arranging interviews and coordiante with hiring manager
  2. Employee Records & Onboarding
    - Prepare onboarding docuemnts and assist new hires
    - Maintain and update employee records and HR system
  3. Payroll & Attendence
    - Assist in payroll preparation and data entry
    - Monitor attendance, leave, and baisc HR documentation
  4. Employee Support
    - Respond to basic HR inquiries from employee
    - Support employee activvitties and engagement events
  5. Training & Documentation
    - Maintain training records and assist with HRDF documentation
  6. Foreign Worker Support
    - Assist in documentation, permit renewals, and general coordinattion
  7. Administrative Support
    - Handle office administration, filling, and documentation
    - Support daily office operations and ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
  2. Minimum 1-3 years HR experience
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to appy
  4. Basic knowledge of HR function is an advantage
  5. Good communication and organizational skills
  6. Poficient in Microsoft Office
