Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in the skincare retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, a deep understanding of skincare products, and a strong ability to provide excellent customer service. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in educating customers about our products, helping them select the best solutions for their skincare needs, and driving sales to meet team and individual goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers in understanding their skincare needs and recommending suitable products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, ingredients, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
• Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and fostering repeat business.
• Demonstrations: Conduct in-store product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and application of products to customers.
• Inventory Management: Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are properly displayed, and inventory levels are maintained.
• Customer Education: Share skincare tips and techniques to enhance customer knowledge and confidence in using products.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a harmonious work environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or the beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong interest in skincare, beauty products, and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions and tracking inventory.
• Able to communication in Mandarin.
