Job Description

• Welcome and assist customers by identifying needs and providing suitable product recommendations with strong product knowledge. 
• Drive sales performance through effective selling techniques, upselling, and consistent customer follow-up. 
• Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, product presentation, cleanliness, and overall store organization. 
• Handle POS transactions accurately and support online/marketplace order fulfilment and promotional campaigns. 
• Provide professional customer service, manage inquiries and feedback, and support daily operational and inventory tasks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma; diploma or degree preferred. 
• Able to commit to a 6-day work week, including weekends and holidays (with additional pay). 
• Prior retail/sales experience is an advantage; passion for motorcycling and riding gear is a plus. 
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are beneficial. 
• Friendly, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment. 
• Willing to relocate and adapt to operational needs; familiarity with Shopify POS or e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
