Job Description

• Ensure all Purchase Orders come in on time
• Process orders on a daily basis i.e. generate picking slip and invoices.  Checking stocks against Purchase Orders and ensure orders are met
• Check that stock condition is in order ie. Quality and Condition of products and proper labelling
• Monitor stock level in warehouse
• Counter-check stocks upon arrival at warehouse
• Compile monthly sales report

Job Requirements

• Minimum of SPM / Diploma in any discipline
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and good Mathematics skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate with all level of people
• Pleasant, energetic and self disciplined
• Hardworking and positive attitude
• Enthusiastic, dynamic and keen to learn
• Resourceful, self-motivated, aggressive & out spoken personality
• Computer literate
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Possess own transport
