Work you’ll do:

• Responsible for functional support in GTS E4H and integration with other non-SAP applications.

• Provide end user support and training and assist users to efficiently utilize GTS E4H functionalities including Fiori apps

• resolve issues and requests in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with business owner and system architect to gather business requirements, design solutions and implement them by coordinating with the technical team.

• Conduct and facilitate cross-functional and integration testing to ensure a successful implementation.

• Monitor operational processes and provide system improvements and ongoing operational support.

• Compile and update documentation on system solutions, operational procedures, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT system support especially in GTS.

• Experience in US and German customs, trade laws of multiple countries and specifically Japan trade policies.

• Able to work with a global team across multiple time zones

• Flexible to work in US, EU and APAC time-zones as and when needed.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication (fluent in English and preferably Japanese) and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
