Job Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Conduct interviews (phone, online, and physical) and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
• Prepare job advertisements, recruitment reports, and hiring documentation.
• Manage offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding arrangements.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Build and maintain a strong employer branding presence on social media and job platforms.
• Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior HR or recruitment staff when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing channels, and interview methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, job portals, and HR systems.
• Experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, training, and creative roles is an added advantage.
