Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and recruitment strategies.
     
  • Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
     
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
     
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback.
     
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding coordination.
     
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
     
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
     
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
     
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
     
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
     
  • Excellent head Hunting skills.
     
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
     
  • Proficiency in using ATS and HR software.
     
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet recruitment deadlines.
     
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
