Job Description

Provide administrative support to the engagement teams assigned under his/her portfolio.

Undertake various administrative tasks such as client service initiation support, billings, upload files onto global in-house software, work statuses updates on an ongoing basis etc.

Maintain ‘live’ or up to date status reports, and provide the reports to engagement teams upon requests.

Communicate actively with the respective internal stakeholders.

Assist in preparation of client's tax briefing materials.

Provide status updates on files and track progress using in-house database.

Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned including support to members of the team.
