Job Description

Process routine HR transactions and system updates accurately and within the required timelines.

Support employee lifecycle administration, including staff movements, leave, probation, and other employment-related changes.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to maintain the accuracy of HR records and reports.

Track outstanding requests and follow up with employees, HR colleagues, and relevant stakeholders.

Handle employee information with discretion and maintain the required level of confidentiality.

Preparation of periodic HR and ad-hoc reports.

Provide support to employees in HR operational areas which includes staff movements, leaves, probations, and resolve any issues that may arise.
