We based in Puncak Alam Selangor and expert in ID and CNC decoration, wall panel and funiture produce and manufature. Our previous project including private residential, hotel, office and prestige restaurants that give a positive feedback.

Mission

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations when required</li>
<li>Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, and client communications</li>
<li>Client Acquisition &amp; Management: Identify prospects, conduct outreach, build relationships, and manage existing client portfolios.</li>
<ul>
<li>Actively follow up on leads and close sales for interior design &amp; build projects</li>
<li>Meet clients, understand their needs, and confidently explain our design &amp; build services</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate project understanding and smooth handover</li>
</ul>
<li>Sales &amp; Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies, present our services, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.</li>
<li>Market &amp; Product Knowledge: Research industry trends, understand customer needs, and maintain deep knowledge of company offerings.</li>
<li>Reporting &amp; Collaboration: Document sales, track performance in CRM, generate reports, and work with support teams.</li>
<ul>
<li>Progressively handle executive task tasks, including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Preparing quotations, agreement &amp; final invoice</li>
<li>Understanding cost breakdowns -in term of additional service &amp; request (direct, indirect cost also logistic cost)</li>
<li>Improving pricing accuracy and negotiation skills</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<li>Representation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to boost brand visibility. </li>
</ul>
