• Prepare quotations, process orders, collection of payment, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.

🏗 Project Coordination & Technical Sales Support

• Understand the root cause or project specifications and recommend suitable products and services.
• Work closely with internal teams, including procurement and operations, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Keep updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate consultation to customers.

📢 Marketing & Sales Growth Initiatives

• Work with the team to develop marketing content for social media and promotional campaigns.
• Organize and participate in sales events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand business reach.
• Collaborate with management and sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related industries is a plus.

✔ Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related fields (added advantage).

✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
